Sapphire sky with polished jewels – twinkle,
Leaves slip through my fingers, sprinkle,
Gently, gently within the teapot,
Scattered, delicious, twisted, now caught.
Fall for you I must,
Wind and summer dust,
Love, thick, orange, red and yellow,
A whiteout of time, now mellow.
Thoughts, words, deeds clatter,
Steam rises like endless chatter,
Softly disappear – feel comfort in letting go,
Be present with love, and flow.
