Once again weâ€™re seeing reports in the International Newsâ€¦tea is healthier than water. I know weâ€™ve reported this before but it is such important information that I feel it bears repeating. The International News is reporting on a British report which clearly confirms that tea is best for all around health. In addition to hydrating the body, it packs a double wallop because of its high polyphenols content. Why not hydrate while helping to fight off those nasty free radicals? It just doesnâ€™t get better than this.
