Hand Made Organic White Teas from the Land of the Buddha, continued from Part 1

Our white teas are divided into 5 types; the best one is called the silver needle (tips) white tea, first grade jasmine white tea, white tea first grade, second grade or the bai mu dan, and then the third grade white tea.

At present we have a capacity to create 500 kilos of white tea per month. We plan to double our production by April 2007. We have also taken one foreign partner — Mr. Tim of Cargo and James — who sells our product at his Canadian tea stores in partnership with our estate. We plan to plant 50 hectares of tea per year at a regular pace.
